Coach Westphal fired and Smart is going to be the next coach. Yes, you heard it right Coach Westphal is being in the news, for wrong reasons. He has been fired as he couldn’t control De Marcus Cousins. The result is he lost his job. According top sources, slow starts and a dispute with the Cousins in the locker room led to Westphal’ soustal from the team. It was assistant Keith Smart who signed a deal to become the team’s next coach. Now it is smart responsibility to fix the problem with Cousins which he hopes to do smoothly. Let us hope for the best for Cousins and Smart and Kings Sacramento will have a fruitful season at NBA basketball.
Bogut is again out of games for personal reasons. Milwaukee Bucks Andrew Bogut is going to miss the second season’s game against Sacramento Kings due to undisclosed personal reasons. Bogut is a player with 14.3 averages and 10 rebounds. He had been out of the games due to an elbow surgery last season.
Magic’s Davis is trying to adjust with criticism in a good manner. While Orlando Magic traded for Glen Davis, they were looking for a player with Boston culture. After Orlando’ swin over Washington, coach Stan Van Gundy criticized Davis for diving for loose balls and setting screens. Then there was another reason, Davis made 11.7 points, 5.4 rebounds and 29.5 minutes. But after signing a deal with Magic, his points slumped to 6.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 22.3 minutes in first seven games. According to van Gundy, Davis was never a player who was “looking for offense .Hearing this Davis says that he has taken Van Gundy’ s words into his heart and will work over it.
Warriors have signed Nate Robinson as a point guard. So here is another flashy player along with Monta Ellis and Stephen Curry. The Warriors made this announcement Wednesday night just before the game. The 9 time slam dunk champion is going to be a guard at depth as Curry is suffering from sprained ankle.
Another episode of injury as Kings Chuck Hayes dislocates his shoulders. Sacramento kings are in for another disappointment. Their player Chucks dislocated his shoulders. So he is going to be out indefinitely. It was at the game with Milwaukee, chucks dislocated his arm. According to sources, Chuck Hayes lay on the floor screaming with pain.
Heat stars Lebron James and Wade were out of the game against Atlanta Hawks due to injuries. Wade had a sore left foot, while James had a sprained left ankle. Let us hope that both of them become well soon.
Doubts hover over the unification match between Cleverly and Hopkins

Vince Cleverly, father and trainer of Nathan Clverly is persisting on matching him with Bernard Hopkins in this year. Joe Calzaghe warned Nathan Cleverly, the WBO light-heavyweight champion to think about a fight with the 46-year-old Hopkins. Vince commented that, “Hopkins is considering the idea, and it will be sold out to Millennium Stadium.” However, this idea seems funny to many people, as everyone know that Hopkins is already taking on a rematch with Chad Dawson, the former 2-time WBC light-heavyweight champion. This rematch has to happen, or Hopkins will lose his title otherwise. There is very little or no chance of Hopkins going for another fight at this instance.
Even Calzaghe thinks that there is no chance of Hopkins thinking about a match with Nathan. Nathan is already up against Tommy Karpency for defending his WBO title, the third time. Instead of his upcoming match on Feb 25, he still wants a unification show with either Beibut Shumenov or Hopkins. Calzaghe also commented that Hopkins would look for only big payday with some big name fighter. Contrary to this, Nathan is only in the beginning of his career. The idea of a match between Nathan and Hopkins seemed to come true, when there were reports of Hopkins saying no to the controversial match with Chad Dawson, which he was ordered to fight.
According to Calzaghe, who has already retired from boxing, it is difficult to get a unification match, as he faced the same difficulty. He has to wait for almost nine years to get a unification match. As Nathan wants the fight to happen in his own hometown, his desire to fight with Hopkins can be understood. Nothing has been said from Hopkin’s side about the match, as he seemed slow, old and small in the fight against Dawson.
Vince can also try to talk to Dawson, in place of pursuing Hopkins, as Dawson is the person, who has chances of winning the WBC belt prior to the end of this year. However, this also looks pretty difficult, and the best thing for Vince might be to put off the whole idea of a unification match. Only time will tell whether Nathan Cleverly would be able to get a unification match against Hopkins or not. Nathan also admits that he did not choose Karpency in the first place, as his opponent; instead, he was looking forward towards a unification match with Hopkins.

The win of New York Giants over Atlanta Falcons by 24 -2 has created a new history in the world of NFL football. Winning over Atlanta Falcons was not so easy as the team has already been marked as strong team by the NFL football critics. At the end point of the game Jason Pierre-Paul went very aggressive that brought the winning shield to the team. NFL fanatics are saying that he may appear more aggressive while playing with the Green Bay packers, the team, which will play a divisional play off match with New York Giants in coming Sunday. Lambeau Field has been fixed as the venue where this exciting match will be played.
Sporting News captured this shinning star, Pierre Paul in its camera while taking an interview where the star confessed that their team, New York Giant is very confident and exciting as well about this coming match. On 4th of December, another match has been played by both the teams and that time Giant lose the game. The star confessed that though the weather may not be at their favor, as it will be too cold, and the atmosphere will not that good as well, still they are confident that they can give their best.
The present status of the team is quite better and they are practicing a lot to ensure a win. Pierre Paul appeared to be the spokes person of the Team Giant and said during the interview that they are well aware of the issues that are at stake. Following this confidence, Pierre- Paul has assured 100% win, who earlier said that there is only 80 % chance of winning the game.
Another confident player of the team Giant, who is also a linemate of the Pierre Paul, Justin Tuck was bit more prudent and commented near the camera of The Star Ledger that this match will provide them the opportunity to show the world how aggressive the players of Giant can go.
